Artist Paul Narbutt: Since childhood I was attracted by the sea. Distant horizon, boat shaped clouds, dance of waves and mystical sunsets have always aroused an unquenchable desire to perpetuate the visible images on canvas. I learned to paint in Lithuanian art schools, and later improved my skills privately with recognized artists. We have 100 km of coastline in Lithuania. Whenever I have the opportunity, I try to get to the Baltic or other European seas and catch volatile, a bit capricious sea mood. |
