When did you start to be interested in art? Why did you choose to draw?

Since I was small, I always felt the need to express my creativity on small pieces of paper. Only after having finished school and gaining maturity did my art do the same.

Do you remember your first artwork, what was it like?

My first empty canvas was given to me by my mother, who dabbeld at painting. It is a fairly good example of my style.

What are your favourite topics and why? Is there anything you would not depict

Not anything in particular. Using colours and movement I try to capture the observer's imagination.

How education has influenced your creativity and changed your professional way?

My formal education, and that of my parents enabled me to apprehend the real world. I would add to that influence from comic books, cartoons, video games and street art. I would like to become a full-fledged professional.

From which authors do you get inspiration?

Kandinsky and Dali, or in architecture, Jean Nouvel, in addition to my own sense of originality.

What, do you think is the place of visual arts in today's life? Do you think art can influence the public life?

My art permits me to find alternatives to reality. Through colours and movement we can aspire to higher things beyond the daily routine.

Do you think that nationality has its place in art?

Art, as I understand it, has no boundries. Anyone receptive can be appreciative. The artist himself uses art as a passionating moving force.

Which books are you reading lately?

Art books, design, graphics and fictional, or historic works that allow me to imagine the characters and decors or settings. Recently it has been the «Da Vinci Code», «The Road», «Treasure Island» reading.

Are there any artworks you are working on at the moment?

Of course ! I enjoy the distance from reality. When I'm not painting I can often be found visiting expositions.

How do you see your future?

Making a living from my paintings; gaining recognition and being able to study foreign horizons.

Would you say in one sentence what is the art for you?

To my mind, all art forms are spiritual mortar for human sensibilities. What I like about art is that there are not nessessarily any rules and the artist is uncertain of the path to follow with an unknown result. Constant evolution and discovery!
